I, and my wife, own our own houses,
and many rentals
Tika Feinga has done many reroofings for us, repaired many roofs, and fixed gutters, plus has done a large number of general building repairs, too. He is always professional and is always available for keeping us happy with his work, and the work of his employees.
I also I have several tens of millions of dollars in State of California energy conservation grants and loans, plus hundreds of thousands of dollars in State of California repairs to some 5-1/2 million square feet of existing buildings, and new construction, owned by the State of California. I've also been a licensed Building Contractor since 1988, specializing in energy management digital control systems since 1976. I am now happily retired -- and now hire competent contractors to do what I used to do myself.
Therefore, we, and I, know what is "good contracting", and what is "bad contracting" is.
